Welcome to our patient portal!



We are excited to offer our patients the latest in access via our patient portal.  Thru the portal, you will be able to review labs, update demographics and message your provider or a staff member directly!  We hope this will ease access and save phone and travel time when appropriate. 

Please note - providers will not have access to the portal after hours, on the weekend or during a holiday.  If you have an emergency situation please call 911.  If you need general medical advise after hours please call our on-call provider at (828)586-4012.

If you have sent someone a message in the portal during the work week and you have not had a response after 24-48 hours, please call the office at (828)586-4012.


NOTICE:  The preferred browser is Google Chrome or Firefox.  In order to access the portal you must create a new account via the link above.  Upon creating a new account we must verify your information. Please be aware that it may take 24-48 hours to verify your account.  You will not be able to access your personal information until the account has been verified.  Once you have been verified by our staff you will have access to your information.  In the event you are not able to see your information, please message Debbie via the portal and she will be able to assist you as quickly as possible.  If you cannot access the portal at all please call Debbie at 828/586-4012 or via email at debfarmer@sylvafamilypractice.com.  Thank you!
